JOSEPH N. GAGLIANO - FOUNDER
Joseph N. Gagliano, the creative entrepreneur behind No Grey Areas and the No Grey Areas Podcast, started his career as an investor with few limitations and a naïve disregard for the consequences of his actions. After having spent time in prison for formulating the 1994 ASU college basketball scandal, Joe reflected on his poor moral choices and gained a more mature understanding of his power to change the world around him. Joe quickly turned his life around and documented his powerful redemptive story in his book, No Grey Areas. Driven by a need to inspire others to better themselves, effectuate change, and make a difference, Joe set his sights on helping people and communities in need through outreach.The Operation JOY Foundation was created with that goal in mind, and through the combined efforts of the foundation, the overall faith mission to prioritize loving “Jesus, Others, then Yourself”, is changing lives around the globe.

Patrick McCalla is an inspirational juggernaut— author, pastor, life coach, and so much more, he has dedicated his life to guiding others down the path of faith and trust when they are lost and searching for something more. Pat, without hesitation, brought his knack for helping others to the No Grey Areas podcast, which he hosts weekly. His strong leadership skills and refreshing authenticity empowers individuals to transform their lives for the better. His altruistic spirit led him to join the Operation Joy Foundation, where he is able to continue to bring joy to those who need it most.
