What is Operation JOY?
At Operation JOY, our mission revolves around recognizing the pressing needs of communities worldwide. The word JOY stands for “Jesus, Others, Yourself”, which is the overall vision we lead with inside our organization. Through our extensive travels, we have witnessed the profound hurt, suffering, and injustices faced by many domestically and internationally. In response, Joe Gagliano envisioned forging meaningful partnerships with organizations by utilizing his resources and the team’s expertise to address the world's most significant challenges

Our ultimate goal is to make a tangible difference in the lives of the most vulnerable populations around the globe, empowering them with the needed resources and support driven through the underlying value of faith.
